Everything no matter what you do if they do not like you. They will try to get rid of you.

Rewarding work in the community

Inconvénients

Work life balance. Demand from upper and lower management not sustainable. Constant moving of goal posts on amount of job tasks for employees. Unsafe working conditions not addressed.

Avantages

C'est un environnement de travail formidable. Nous pouvons améliorer significativement la vie de nos patients. Nous prenons en charge de nombreux patients complexes, ainsi que des patients sous oxygène. L'équipe est formidable et la direction est toujours à l'écoute et s'engage à toujours agir dans l'intérêt du patient.
