      there is no good reason to work here.

      Inconvénients

      the challenges are talking to the managers and the owners they have no idea about technology. When you tell that they need to upgrade and change the network, they don't want to hear it. They do not keep there employees and IT staff

      Avantages

      There are opportunities to contribute to the activities they plan. If you stick around the retirement is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Dependent upon the role you may be put in situations you are uncomfortable with. Retaliation for not towing the line is a thing.
