      If you just obey and have a good relationship with the management, you don't have to work hard, you will be safe.

      Inconvénients

      The owner made his high school friend the CEO, and many talented people left because of bad management. The CEO doesn't know about crypto business, causing more talented people to leave.

      High salary and good facilities.

      Inconvénients

      Micromanagement for tasks that don't require excessive management but lack of management for tasks that require support from superiors and managers. Some employees are passive-aggressive and don't want to communicate with the other.
