      Avantages

      The team spirit of the staff dazzles, which enables me to learn new skills. In addition, the organization supports me with the necessary work-related infrastructures.

      Inconvénients

      I think the management team could improve the salary structure of the company so that employees' benefits would be commmensurate with their contribution, not with where they reside in.

      It is very project-based if you dont have a global role.

      Avantages

      - Collaborative, non-hierarchical environment (got to work on all stages of a research project and make meaningful contributions) - Great people, very nice and passionate about the work the org is doing - Opportunities for growth both within and outside of the org. I'm leaving PxD only because I'm going to grad school (Public Policy PhD). During my time at PxD, I had a lot of support to prepare me for grad school.

      Inconvénients

      Both are currently being worked on by the org, but: - Unclear guidelines on publication authorship - Unclear guidelines for promotion/ salary advancement within the organization
