Avantages
Initially it seems that we are learning as we are given many responsibility .
Inconvénients
Initialy its seems good for few days , after joining i came to know that owner (Mr Atul Kumar Gupta) 1)Don't pay on time 2) Will deduct your salary with no explanation. 3)Copy paste work culture , 4) They don`t give you required time to complete the task , 5) They just want the work to be done at any cost, either you work late , copy other code or use your brain with limited time. 6)They cheated many clients. 7) This company don't work on MVC , so not a good place for developers growth 8) Working on outdated framework versions. 9) They never give you challenging task , they never have projects on new technology so how one can explore new trends. (As a developer we spend our day in office) 10) No work life balance. I don't know who these type of company get "google partners" and awards. Recently one of the employee filled a case against him in labour court. He closed his office at Nehru Place without informing many clients.
