      The workload is demanding, and the pace is fast. The scope of responsibilities is broad, which allows exposure to many areas and provides substantial opportunities for learning and growth.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation levels are generally on the lower side compared with industry benchmarks. The performance expectations are high, yet the bonus structure is relatively limited, which may reduce the overall competitiveness of the total rewards package
