      Avantages

      Good colleagues, good location, 8-5pm working hour.

      Inconvénients

      No 13th month bonus, very poor incentives. Required 100% back to office which is inflexible for some employees. Hope to have hybrid working arrangements like most of companies. Poor HR Management.

      Nice people in certain departments (Automotive/High Power)

      Inconvénients

      After many years of dedication and hard work, I felt unsupported during a difficult period. Communication from HR was disappointing, and I experienced a lack of transparency regarding decisions that affected my employment. Unfortunately, I felt ignored rather than valued for my long-term contributions to the company.
