      You get the opportunity to work with the CFO and the Director of Finance directly and learn from their experience. The senior leadership puts a lot of emphasis on teamwork and provides opportunities for learning and development. Very friendly environment.

      Nice people in certain departments (Automotive/High Power)

      Inconvénients

      After many years of dedication and hard work, I felt unsupported during a difficult period. Communication from HR was disappointing, and I experienced a lack of transparency regarding decisions that affected my employment. Unfortunately, I felt ignored rather than valued for my long-term contributions to the company.
