      They seem to use favoritism a lot for promotions and rarely give actual exit interviews or reviews, and when they do - they do not listen to what you have to say

      Avantages

      Powder7 is more than just another retail store in the outdoor industry. They are always seeking to improve their current operations and truly embrace a culture of putting the customer first. The team and culture are strong -- it's clear that they care about their employees.

      Inconvénients

      The pace of the work can be hot during the ski season, as expected! Sometimes this isn't for everyone.

      Incredible staff, knowledgeable managers, great training and truly amazing to work with a company that cares about their employees and retaining customers.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes a few disgrunteld customers but really have no cons to think of!
