      Avantages

      Great learning opportunity and they understand and support if you need to take time off for family. Also the management is getting into other hydrogen industries instead of just staying with creating power with fuel cells.

      Inconvénients

      Business has not been profitable for at least 4 years. Quality is not a focus.
