Good scope in the market,Great engineering team to work with,flexible,easy going ,supportive, great technology(fuel cells) to work on and plenty of challenges and non linearity in engineering issues faced in deployment make the work more interesting , very friendly work culture at the non management level.Good location,lots of colleges around, "Plenty of fish" for college grads that are single coming into the job.
Inconvénients
management makes promises that engineering cant keep up with and ends up losing more money than invested, when there is more work they lay people off.Short staffed in times of need,short of money because of managements desperation towards commercialization.Low Pay for all levels of employment since company is going through a tough phase.
