Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The management is super friendly and approachable. It's hard to find people like Satyam, Aashish and Prashant. The work is meaningful. In any other company, one won't find work that makes a difference and satisfy the need for money too. The culture is very open and welcoming. You get to define what is good for you and not. There are no strict policies around anything. Discipline is encouraged but not forced. There is no one micro managing you.
Inconvénients
We are a WFH company. And we are allowed to travel and meet our colleagues. But still we get to meet on my once or twice a year... We should have coworking spaces in major cities for employees to catch up.
