      Avantages

      Having worked with some fabulous Fortune 500 and smaller SaaS companies, the PlanSource organization is the real deal. While far from perfect, they aspire to do right by the customer, take cake of their most valuable asset - their employees, and they operate with incredible integrity.

      Inconvénients

      PlanSource is not for everybody. If you are a self-starter that values working for a progressive organization, independence, independent thinking and hard work, you will love working here. However, if you want an autocratic work environment and aspire to hide in the masses....then PlanSource is not a fit for you.

      Avantages

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Inconvénients

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      Avantages

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      Inconvénients

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
