      Extremely supportive! Competitive pay and benefits. Great upper management. They make you feel very supported.

      Great team besides upper management.

      Inconvénients

      I've only worked here for a short period of time. Property is in great shape the residents are very friendly. Issue was with the property manager. Short staff and over worked. She didn't know how to talk to residents or staff members. They took sick time away that I've received during my time. Emailed the owner as well as contacted the upper management. They will not respond back. Next will be the board of labor. Untill they train their people you will be seeing a turn over in maintenance. This company definitely has poor communication issues. Still waiting for a responses.
