7yThank you for your review. Performance puts a substantial amount of effort into ensuring we have an amazing culture and employee recognition at every level. We encourage our leaders to reward both individuals and teams for their contributions and have structured the performance management process around this mentality.
Performance would love to have the option to keep the same team members on contracts. We emphasize a strong team-work environment but realize that with various skill levels, changing work, and customer requests, this isn’t always possible. We do appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve our team oriented environment!
