      Avantages

      Decent pay and fairly good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Management promotes based of favorites and there is no formal training program. Good behavior or work ethics are not properly recognized and bad work ethics are rewarded. The company is experiencing growing pains andthe employees are the ones suffering.

      Avantages

      You can’t beat the work environment. Special employee days and events that aren’t just $5.00 cold pizza cardboard pizzas! My son still talks about the candy apple bar they set up for employees but he got one because my boss knew he’d love one so she made one for me to take home. Pay was great, time off and flex schedules made a great work/life balance. Half my friends are relationships I made there.

      Inconvénients

      The work can be stressful and heartbreaking as it’s healthcare. However my coworkers and management all genuinely cared about members and getting them taken care of!
