      Avantages

      Flexible schedules. It's not a truck driver type job where all you do is drive; you unload product so you get a work out while working

      Inconvénients

      Long hours.. Couple days at a time away from home.. Some of your co-drivers are not always as hard working as you might want them to be

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Not many that I know of. Great job overall

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Inconvénients

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
