      Corporate has been flexible with remote work. Benefits could be slightly better.

      Older ERP Systems, Lots of turnover lately, Hiring Outside instead of promoting from within.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Inconvénients

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
