      People are nice and management team understanding and fair Easy The receptionist is nice and completely understanding and professional and good at her job

      You aren’t allowed to have your phone or much at all on the line

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Inconvénients

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
