      The starting pay is alright but could be better based on the amount of work they want from you

      The management are very unprofessional and hard to tolerate sometimes

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Inconvénients

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
