      Good Profit Sharing. Employee Owned.

      Inconvénients

      Bosses are dishonest and they expect you to be complicit. If you are not, they either cut your bonuses or fire you. It depends on who your branch manager is.

      Avantages

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Inconvénients

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
