      Avantages

      In person employees are hard working and willing to help one another. Free food. Opportunities to learn new technologies.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of leadership, diversity and focus. The usual middle managers focusing entirely on office politics and appearance. Teams are disconnected across physical space. No room for upward growth. Catastrophic forecasting resulting in poor outcomes.

      Avantages

      Decent pay but unattainable and unclear goals so bonuses don’t happen.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of direction and clear divide between management and non management. Then what is communicated to the board is a completely different story. Maybe it will be better with their new buyout.
