      Unclear research parameters, lack of communication leading to loss of time and resources on foreseeable issues. High level of pressure to deliver product from board, passed down to research associates through poor supervisory style.

      Nice People. Good Technology. Great Management. It's a great assay and mission to help people with UTI's, people in pain.

      Inconvénients

      Have to work 2 rotating holidays per year. Pretty standard.
