Perfect job for introverts. Minimum management from the higher ups you have to be self sufficient.

Inconvénients

No advancing available. The process is very time sensitive, it is not necessarily a con per say but the technician must be very careful.

Nice People. Good Technology. Great Management. It's a great assay and mission to help people with UTI's, people in pain.

Inconvénients

Have to work 2 rotating holidays per year. Pretty standard.
