      Avantages

      Unique environments, small classroom sizes, best CEO of any company I've worked at. Very involved, very positive. Environments foster creativity.

      Inconvénients

      Many hires don't care about the job and their condescending nature demeans the rest of the job. The pay isn't great.

      -Flexible hours (you can often create your own schedule) -Have fun with your clients -Bring meaning into other people's lives -Fantastic managers who are very approachable

      Inconvénients

      -Pay is government funded, so there's no raises or bonuses

      What I liked most about working for Partners In Opportunities, is the individuals I worked with, and how I was able to them and make a difference in their life.

      Inconvénients

      The cons for working for Partners In Opportunities, is the fact, that upper Management truly does not take the time with the individuals, to see what their true needs are, and how they're being care for. For individuals to for through 11 House Mangers in 1yr is very sad.
