      Avantages

      Safe business, everyone needs power. Some good dedicated employees. Nice bonus program and 401k matching, which kind of makes up for lower than industry average wages.

      Inconvénients

      Really big company so you are just another cog in the machine feeling. Typical corporate time frame to get any kind of significant change going. Inability to retain new generation of employees.

      Avantages

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Inconvénients

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
