      Avantages

      Dedicated staff, pleasant physical work environment and location. Important mission.

      Inconvénients

      The organization has ruptured and no longer knows why it is here. People leaving. No clear path forward in a turbulent landscape. Will put itself out of business if it doesn't fix itself.

      Ambitious and idealistic, so plenty of opportunities to contribute creatively.

      Inconvénients

      Ambitions are sometimes too high.
