      Avantages

      Multi-cultural environment with great people and deep values. Working in Optym gave me exposure to business but maintaining my technical skills and abilities. Every day I learn something new whether on the business or in the technology front .

      Inconvénients

      Sometime too short timelines and too ambitious targets.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Inconvénients

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
