As a company operating in a fast-paced and evolving space, priorities can shift—but we recognize that this must be paired with clear direction, strong enablement, and consistent expectations. Where that balance isn’t met, it’s something we take seriously and are actively working to improve.
We want to be clear that our goal is not to rely on individuals to “work through chaos,” but to create an environment where teams are set up to succeed through better alignment, clearer processes, and more objective feedback and evaluation practices. Strengthening these areas continues to be a focus across the organization.
