      Avantages

      Salary and benefits are competitive. Plenty of good people and a few good leaders made this a good choice. There is a public effort for diversity and inclusion and an impressive number of female leaders.

      Inconvénients

      The good old boy network is alive and well in the Dallas leadership team. Anyone that comes in is a new recruit is subject to toxic team behavior that is considered indoctrination. Weak leadership made this a bad fit for me.

      Recent changes including the sale to TA Associates, mean that the organization will be re-evaluating priorities.
