Avantages

You get to come home “sometimes” when people stop calling.

Inconvénients

Where do I start you never know what wage you are taking home from month to month as you on a tier scale. You are forced to work until all calls are gone and it’s a 0 even if you finish before the centre is closed “I understand if you finish at close time” forces to work mandatory overtime at least one weekend a month. Treat like crap by managers who don’t care. 30 days notice needed for holidays or even doctors appointments. Did I say treat like crap by managers. Expected to perform miracles on a dials basis every error mate you loose £10 out of your already poor salary.

Hello Thank you for taking the time to leave a review I can only apologise that you feel this way, allow me to explain some of the things you have mentioned We operate 8am-8pm Mon-Friday and 9am-4pm on weekends, staff work a full time 37.5 hour week so we have various shift patterns to cover these hours, we appreciate that all calls and chats need to be answered before you leave at the end of your shift however we cant leave consumers in the queue so we would expect you to answer these before you go, we need you to understand that we cant cut consumers off, if they are in the queue then we need to assist them with their query Yes we do ask that staff contribute to Overtime, that may be on weekends or before/after your shift depending on what Rota you are on, however we do pay £15 an hour for Overtime which we feel is a generous amount and Overtime is in no way mandatory, its optional Regarding Holidays, we ask for 7 days notice, this is to accomodate Rotas and staffing levels so that we can ensure our phone lines and chats are covered with enough staff to cover, we feel that 7 days notice for holidays is more than satisfactory, however if anybody needed an emergency holiday then they can refer to their manager or head of at any time to request this. Regarding appointments, there is not a 30 day notice period for this at all so I am unsure why you think that, staff can request time off for appointments aslong as they make their manager aware for the same reasons mentioned above Regarding the £10 out of your salary again I am unsure what that is or what you are referring to, we dont charge people £10 for anything. I will also address your comments re Tier pay, yes we do have a tier system in place, your SPIs are monitored daily and monthly to ensure that you are achieving your targets, tier pay ranges depending on your age and you can earn up to £23,374 per annum which we feel is more than adequate and its reliant on your working hard to achieve them, which is what businesses would expect What is most concerning is that most of the processes you have mentioned above arent accurate and for somebody that has stated you have been working for us 8-10 years then this is concerning that you arent aware of our internal procedures or have a misunderstanding of them. We contact all staff that leave to ask them to leave a review so I would encourage you to do this, I would also encourage you to contact us directly so that we can discuss these with you. We have had no reports of the above issues raised to us internally which is again concerning so I would like to undertsand how you have misunderstood our processes and ensure that all staff are aware of them Many Thanks
