      Avantages

      Very popular restaurant. Consistent income. Great job at hiring employees. Family like atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Not good at giving employees breaks during their shift. During an eight/nine hour shift there is no time set aside to allow employees to take a break to eat. But I think that’s fairly typical in the restaurant industry.

      Avantages

      The owner and current managers are awesome. Fun, friendly environment with live music during summer. Lots of regular customers, repeat customers and seasonal travelers = great pay!

      Inconvénients

      There are not any cons that I can think of.

      Short shifts and nice regulars

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management by the owner. She constantly changes the hours and doesn’t tell you. She will take you off the schedule and then randomly put you on .
