      Avantages

      Good benefits & pay, colleagues are really good, passionate, highly intelligent. Great products.

      Inconvénients

      The worst HR personnel ever; managers contribute to the toxicity of the company culture. For 2 years I hoped for things to get better but instead it kept getting worse. HR at Octapharma corporate HQ in Paramus is the most hypocritical, deceptive team I’ve ever encountered.

      Easy to donate blood. Paid immediately afterwards. Staff is friendly and they care about the clients.

      Nothing bad to say about this place.

      Flexible work schedule and a 401k

      Inconvénients

      Little to no benefits for part-time workers, manipulative coworkers and management, harassment from donors and coworkers just to name a few
