No structure, ground team thinks they are gods and talk to you like you are not a manager but a rickshaw driver, they don't even know how to operate basic excel but will doubt your decisions & matrix. Earlier the team was very good but most of them left the company because of very very poor culture. No benefits, no insurance policy, bonus is only for tech team and the worst part is the upper management hides information from the team.
