      'patient first' mission is used repetitively to gaslight employees, senior managers and C level have never taken responsibility for any issues or mistakes, more and more political over the years

      The comp is reasonably good.

      Inconvénients

      The company culture is strange. Drama at every turn, this company is a revolving door of employees with people constantly quitting, being fired or RIF-ed. The work environment is toxic.
