      4 on 4 off shift pattern Time and a half overtime when available A lot of decent guys to work with on the vans

      Inconvénients

      Poor management Vehicle defects never taken seriously Long hours Early starts Underpaid for industry Strict rules but management flout the rules to suit themselves and discipline for very minor offences You’re face either fits or you’re managed out the door

      Long shifts and 1 man crew security is something a lot of people don’t lime
