Where do I begin? Once you get hired don't ever think that you will have any chance of upward mobility. Upper management is almost entirely family run so nepotism runs quite deeply with who you know more that what you know. Employees don't feel heard when they require assistance with work instead they are left to face the customer with little to no support from managers. When the situation gets bad and customer starts to complain, instead of trying fix the problem the manager comes in and begins berating you with no aim of helping you to resolve the problem.
