      - Great stepping stone for new grads - Amazing application security training - Free snacks in the office

      Inconvénients

      - Pay and contract * As an Associate Security Consultant, you will first be paid $55,000, and after the training, you are paid $70,000, NO NEGOTIATING! As a consultant, you should get paid more for the work! They are basically taking advantage of new grads * In the contract, you CAN NOT leave after the three months of training to TWO YEARS! Or else, you pay over $15,000 for that training. That is a TRAP! I left because of the very poor culture, and treatment of employees. I was NOT going to RISK staying there for TWO years miserably or pay $15,000 - Last thing (Mentor) *I had this one mentor who was super big-headed or just didn't like me. For whatever reason, he was showing off in front of his boss (my instructor) whenever he had the chance. He was very discouraging and I really hope he gets a downfall for preying on a new grad. NEW GRADS! PLEASE FOCUS ON GETTING INTO TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. THIS PROGRAM AND COMPANY IS NOT IT! THEY CAN DISCOURAGE YOUR FUTURE AND ABILITIES. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS LIKE I DID. IT REALLY DID SET ME BACK.

      opportunity for growth is limited in terms of gatekeeping and checkpoints to cross train into different services, also the pay is well below market
