Avantages

There is strong visibility for good work and clear opportunities for growth. If you perform well, your efforts are recognized without unnecessary politics or overshadowing. The organization offers exposure to multiple areas of marketing, allowing you to build diverse skills and take ownership of impactful work. Some leaders are genuinely supportive and provide valuable guidance toward professional development and career progression. Overall, there is clarity in responsibilities and a culture where merit is appreciated.

Inconvénients

At times, key decisions that require deeper evaluation are either delayed or not fully thought through, which can lead to challenges during execution later on. Occasionally, plans change mid-way due to underlying issues not being identified early, which can impact efficiency. While these are common in most organizations, better upfront planning and alignment could improve long-term outcomes.

Avantages

Approaching management is easy. Vision of CEO is great which drops down to upper management and further flows down each employee

Inconvénients

There are hardly any negative things.

Avantages

Many of the people are kind.

Inconvénients

NetCom is the biggest mess I have ever witnessed in my career. The CEO is positively WILD in his constant pivoting from one idea to the next, none of which is thought out with care or deep strategy. He just hears an idea, thinks it sounds "cool" and immediately expects others to execute. How his middle management hasn't all quit on him long ago, I do not know. Second, the CEO has surrounded himself with people he has just randomly decided are great at their jobs, while meanwhile, they aren't even sub-par. While the company brags to its customers that it will help them to become experts in AI and other tech areas, he has them tracking metrics and data on Word Docs. It's insane. When a sales exec loses a big opportunity because the company screwed it up, they get treated like, "oh well." The marketing department MIGHT have been impressive 30 years ago. If you are thinking about taking a job here, RUN the other direction. LC's are dropping like flies and from what I am hearing, the bleeding has not stopped.
