Great benefits for employees, perks at RTP campus, awesome colleagues (below director level)
Inconvénients
There is no stability or room for growth. This most recent layoff is an indicator of how management is changing the culture of the company: secretive, sneaky and unhumane. It's no longer the NetApp that it used to be even 2 years ago. I hope it will go back to its glory, but my hopes are getting squashed a little more each day.
