A strong corporate culture that people really believe in. Great benefits plan. Beautiful campus. Lots of internal opportunities to grow.
Inconvénients
It may be difficult to maintain the culture and family feeling as the company continues to grow. Employees start to feel they are a number rather then connected with the company. Conservative on salaries and rewarding employees. Some politics at play as the company grows and managers create their own organizations.
