Avantages

The production team and office staff was very helpful and friendly.

Inconvénients

The service manager was not able to lead, and manage his emotions. He was not open to changes and could not take responsibility.

Autonomy, plenty of support, excellent company reputation.

Inconvénients

Lots of time on the road and in hotels. Comes with the role however.
