Employees don't improve their skills in the analytical space and are expected to take on managerial roles post 2 years while being underpaid grossly, overall their is no real growth in both profession and intellectually 7. Peers being very new to the industry don't really carry strong hold or grasp of the analytical space- therefore at a certain point there is nothing to learn from the environment apart from poking into someone's personal life
