I belong to team where tech CTO should have 0 interaction but here CTO puts hands even in OPS job, Sales and Marketing job. This guy wants to be every where without knowing the problems in each domain.
Get ready for pay cuts further since the biz is doomed after covid, one tech team member who has backend data told there is only 2% traffic after covid impact.
Too much work for ops people, there is very less scope for automation lot of manual work. Generated bills never match the customer expectations and causing the lot of rework. Tech too seems very old not easy to use and lot of bugs.
