Very good way to get into the recruiting industry.
Inconvénients
Hard to build a book of business that results in a high income, easy to lose a lot of revenue. Metric-driven sales org: you will constantly be told you're not doing enough and whatever it is you are doing, it's the wrong thing. You're responsible for your consultants behavior and work performance. If you have a lot of contractors under you, expect drama every single day (and night). When things blow up, and they will, fingers will be pointed at you from all directions - Client, contractor, BDM, Managing Director, Senior Management, etc.
