Avantages
My co-workers were nice but they were so over worked or busy trying to learn their jobs they didn't have time to get to know you. Very stressful.
Inconvénients
Moda creates jobs but they don't know what it takes to be successful in these jobs. They will hire you telling you one thing but when you start doing your jobs and being honest they will let you go. They have a 90 day probationary period that allows them to let you go if they don't like you without any explanation. The managers don't seem to know what they are doing and the training is really bad. If you have to make a choice between working or being unemployed, choose unemployment.
