      Worked here for 5 years and appreciate working for a company that is focused on helping people get healthy and improving their local community.

      Inconvénients

      No main concerns. A relaxed dress code would be nice.

      Avantages

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Inconvénients

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.

      work life balance, stable environment, pay is decent for skilled roles

      a better 401k plan would be good with quicker vesting
