      Avantages

      Located near the Los Gatos downtown, easy and convenient access to restaurants and bars. If you like to go to biking, then there is a very beautiful bike trail nearby.

      Inconvénients

      This is a family business not a professional software development company. Most of the management positions belong to the same family and CEO's personal friends. The CEO and his staff have extremely poor interpersonal skills. The engineering department under CTO's leadership has failed to deliver new products and features on time. He only likes to implement what is convenient for him rather than understanding the business and sales requirements. The sales department has no effective strategy to execute in the market; as a result they are losing business and floundered to increase the revenue. There is no marketing team to help the sales team as well. No benefits and health insurance for the employees and their families.

      When considering this review, please be aware it was written by an employee that was terminated for serious cause. It's regrettable that rather than improve themselves, this person has chosen to come here and slander the very people that helped them be successful for several years at MobileFrame.

      Compensation plan is very good, fun co-workers, GREAT software that genuinely solves companies mobility challenges. Excellent Marketing Department, generate a lot of very good leads.

      I have had a great experience working at MobileFrame. It is a well-established and successful mobile enterprise software company with very smart and talented people. Communication with top management is encouraged and takes place on a frequent basis. Everyone is passionate about what they do and have a “work hard play hard” mentality. Hard work and dedication to the goals, growth and success of the company will be recognized and rewarded based on performance. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow at MobileFrame and your hard work and dedication will not go unnoticed. Some of the previous comments about benefits must be old because MobileFrame does offer optional medical and dental benefits.
