      Good technology and mobile app development platform

      Inconvénients

      Many customers say contracts are one-sided in MobileFrame's favor. Management seems more concerned about making a profit short-term rather than focusing on customer success and satisfaction. A smaller percent of customers continue to use the platform after several years of paying very expensive maintenance and support.

      Compensation plan is very good, fun co-workers, GREAT software that genuinely solves companies mobility challenges. Excellent Marketing Department, generate a lot of very good leads.

      I have had a great experience working at MobileFrame. It is a well-established and successful mobile enterprise software company with very smart and talented people. Communication with top management is encouraged and takes place on a frequent basis. Everyone is passionate about what they do and have a “work hard play hard” mentality. Hard work and dedication to the goals, growth and success of the company will be recognized and rewarded based on performance. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow at MobileFrame and your hard work and dedication will not go unnoticed. Some of the previous comments about benefits must be old because MobileFrame does offer optional medical and dental benefits.
