Bad salary for the work you do

I had the chance to experience for the first time a start-up in the growth stage during a global pandemic. I was impressed by the skills of Andreea, her truly entrepreneurial approach, and her leadership decision-making. She has an incredible dream she is pursuing which is inspiring for all other females in the Middle East region.

The creation of the unique venture capital fund is challenging especially when it comes to confidentiality of the AI, trademark, secrets, and IP. I was challenged to push myself to take greater responsibilities, lead teams and step out of the comfort zone. I prefer the corporate environment rather than entreprenorial enviorment.
